If you're seeking safe conversations about things that matter, spiritual camaraderie, and moments of laughter, insight, and connection, you're not alone! I designed this support group just for you. 

I'm a retired Unitarian minister and have offered this group at a wide variety of churches and other gatherings over the past 20 years. It is not a religious group; it is spiritual. In other words, it's about connecting to something deeper, something that is of significance to you.

I started offering these groups because of my observation that we have a scarcity of opportunities to have safe, free conversations about things that really matter to us. And also that suffering of one kind or another is an experience common to all humans.

We read an evocative poem together and talk freely about how it relates to our lives. Then we ask for support in something we are wishing for, and affirm that for each other. There is no pressure whatsoever to participate. The "spiritual" part seems to happen magically when we connect deeply with each other and have permission to talk about things that really matter to our lives, right now. We laugh, we listen, sometimes there are tears. It's a safe space to do all that.
